sex talk

The other day, my friend and I were talking to a bunch of early teenagers (16-18 years). It was so funny, when I realized that I use to be one of them. The Asian lady in the group answered so traditionally, and I like her sense of thinking. I was tuned to what she said. The question was what she taught about sex before marriage. She said today’s teenagers are determined to loose theirs virginity, before they are even 16 years of age. Out of the twenty something kids we surveyed, 10 percent said they can wait, 25 percent said aren’t sure, the remaining 65 percent can’t wait to have sex after or before they graduate from high school.
What is this world turning into? God, please save us all. Last week, worked into a room, and I saw the health science teacher passing out condoms to 12 grade students. I lost with words, all of a sudden, I saw my naughty cousin Ashley trying to take condom because her friends were taking condom and she didn’t want to look like the Asian lady, who refuses to join the horny crowd of teenagers. What do their parents tell them about sex education?
The other day, I saw Ashley’s friend mom going to pick up her daughter’s birth control pills.  At this point, I couldn’t back out. I called Ashley and asked her if her friend was sexually active and she said no, I didn’t want to doubt Ashley’s answers so quick. Ashley told me that her friend Lara wasn’t but she uses the birth control pills not to feel left out.
